When you commission a pet portrait of your special companion, you want more than mere paint on a board.  The art you will receive from me captures the true individuality of your pet in such a way that you simply won't be able to take your eyes off of it!

Commissioning a portrait of your pet is a unique and wonderful experience. I will consult with you in choosing a favorite pose, and a special place to have your pet painted. You may also choose the size of the canvas, so that it fits exactly where you would like it hung in your home.

Choosing Your Photos
Seeing a range of photos to get an overall idea of the size, coat texture, and coloring of your pet would be most ideal. I usually work from a single photo for the main pose. If you have more than one pet you would like painted; then seeing single photos of each pet along with a few of them together would be ideal to see the sizing relationships between them.
Price List
If you desire larger portraits or different sized portraits please email me for details. For more than one pet in your portrait please see the information below.

Contact me
The next step is to email, telephone or write, sending any photos you have and letting me know a little about your requirements.
I can be contacted at any time and if you have emailed and you have not received a reply within 24 to 48 hours please do email again, just in case your email did not arrive.

The Mock-up Compostion
Once I have looked through your photos, I'll create a "mock-up" composition using photo editing software to help you visualize the final painting. In using Photoshop editing software, we can place the animal in a different scene, landscape, or on a neutral background.

Making Payment
Once we have made a decision upon the mock-up composition, payment can be made via the internet with Paypal, or alternatively by mail with money order.
A deposit of 50% down will hold your place on the client list, the remaining 50% to be paid once the painting is done, before it is shipped.
